A significant component of our effort is facilitating information
exchange between local (i.e. county) agencies. Solutions to problems
at this level are not necessary hi-tech, but few good models of smooth information
exchange exist. We are working with local groups to create success stories
in this area, and will document them to promote wider adoption. We
invite you to contact us if we could make a difference in your area.
